At-Home Pick up, Delivery are available
If you need to have your vehicle serviced and you cannot come to the dealership, we can arrange for your vehicle to be picked up, serviced and returned back to you. All of your vehicle service needs can be scheduled from the convenience of your home and let us do the rest.
WE WILL:
- Verify your scheduled appointment and confirm requested maintenance
- Arrange a convenient time to have a Lakeland Hyundai Certified Representative arrive at your home
- Contact you by phone, text or email with updates prior to arrival and vehicle pick-up
- Provide “contactless” pick-up of your vehicle and deliver it back to Lakeland Hyundai Service Department
- Follow-up with requested maintenance updates and any recommended or additional services needed
- Confirm vehicle service completion and verification of return delivery of vehicle
- Deliver your vehicle back to your home with completed repairs and documentation of services completed
